Thank you very much for reading this topic and don't hesitate to come with some ideas or statement if your gt60 works fine. I really would like to solve this problem. The computer is fine and I think it's sad that these buttons don't work.

I would like to know if these buttons are a device or a part of the keyboard to orient my search and on a computer where these buttons work which software or driver allow their use. Unless this problem the entire computer works fine. What I didn' tried (because it's dangerous): I have the following softwares installed: I now have Windows 8.1 圆4 installed with all drivers from msi support site and all the softwares aswell and it's the same as before. I had a key for windows 8.1 so I decided to start over a clean install. I then saw a topic on a forum where they said that touch buttons don't work on windows 7 圆4. The orange led doesn't light on and when I press nothing happens on the computer. When I finished installing all the drivers and softwares from the official msi support webiste the touch buttons were not working anymore. The others weren't working but I think that's because they need software to work with like smc. If I pressed them, the orange led lighted on. I tested all the touch buttons and the fan turbo mode one worked fine.

I first installed Windows 7 圆4 without any driver or software. I have a problem with the touch buttons on the right and left side of the power button I bought an msi gt 60 2PE DOMINATOR PRO 1 week ago.
